1.What is sold here

Online dance courses, delivered as video lessons inside your account. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

  • Access is personal and tied to one account. It is not transferable and cannot be shared.
  • Lessons unlock one per day, in order. This pace is part of the product, not a limitation of it.
  • Every lesson you have unlocked stays available for as long as your access lasts, which is unlimited unless stated otherwise on the course page.

2.Your account

You need an account to buy and to train. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account.

Sharing account credentials, downloading lessons, re-uploading them or making them available to others ends access without a refund.

3.Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each course page, in the currency listed there. The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout and none appears on the receipt.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's side and never reach this site or its database. We only receive the confirmation that a payment succeeded.

4.Delivery

Access is granted automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If something goes wrong, write to us and we will sort it out manually.

5.Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent.

In practice: by buying a course and opening the first lesson you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that course.

If you have not opened any lesson, write to us within 14 days and you get your money back.

6.Intellectual property

The videos, texts, photographs, choreography and the site itself belong to their author. Buying a course gives you the right to watch it, not to copy, distribute, teach from it commercially, or use it to build a competing product.

7.Availability

We try to keep the site running without interruption, but we cannot promise it. Maintenance, hosting failures or third-party outages can make it unavailable for a while. Courses may be updated, extended or replaced with newer versions; access you have already paid for is not removed because of that.

8.Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to us first: most problems are solved in one email. If we cannot agree, as a consumer in the European Union you can use the alternative dispute resolution bodies of the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC) or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, linked below.

9.Changes and applicable law

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Romanian law applies, and any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the competent Romanian courts.
